  2. Provide 2 of boiled potatoes.

  6. Get 2 cups of oil.
  7. Take 4 tbsp of roughly crushed roasted peanuts.

  1. Properly wash sago and soak in very little water for 2 to 3 hrs..
  2. Peel off the boiled potatoes, smash and add to the soaked sago..
  3. Also add black pepper powder, salt,roughly crushed roasted peanuts and 1 tsp green chilli paste Mix all very well..
  4. Now take some portion of the mixture to shape them in flat round or shaped patties..
  5. Heat kadhai pour oil for frying and fry the Vada's till golden brown..
  6. Decorate coriander on the top of the sago candy...
  7. Serve it with tomato ketchup...
